Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Beachfront Restaurant Manager to lead our team at our stunning beachfront location. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and exceptional service of our beachfront restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including customer service, staff management, and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and professional development.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and achieve financial targets.
- Coordinate with the executive chef to ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry trends.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and resolve conflicts.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
