Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Beauty Concierge/Receptionist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage appointments and assist with scheduling
- Answer phone calls and address client inquiries
- Provide information and recommendations on our services and products
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved effectively
- Collaborate with the beauty team to offer personalized service to clients
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
