Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled and outgoing individual to join our team as a Beauty Concierge/Receptionist. As a Beauty Concierge/Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience at our beauty salon.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients and providing a warm and friendly welcome
- Assisting clients in scheduling appointments and answering inquiries
- Managing salon operations by coordinating with hairdressers, estheticians, and other staff members
- Handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records
- Ensuring a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the beauty industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in managing appointments and using basic computer software
- A friendly and positive demeanor
