Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- ✓ High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- ✓ Non-BPO experience with excellent communication skills
- ✓ Fresh Graduates welcome
- ✓ BPO experience is an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicate effectively via various channels.
