Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide excellent support to our customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels (phone, email, chat)
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Resolve customer issues and provide solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Meet performance metrics for customer satisfaction, call handling time, and first call resolution
Qualifications
- College graduate or currently enrolled in college with at least 2 years completed
- 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a BPO setting
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
