Qualifications for the job:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any field or reached at least 2nd year in College with no back subjects
- High School Graduates are accepted
- Conversant in the English language
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out customer service tasks including responding to call questions and complaints using usual scripts and procedures
- Gathering information, researching, and resolving queries
- Communicating relevant alternatives to customers in a timely fashion
- Informing clients about expert services and determining customer requirements
- Providing purposeful instruction, teaching, and help to lower-level employees
- Providing guidance, instruction, and troubleshooting support to lower-level employees
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php16,354.11 – Php29,977.26 per month
