Job Description
- Review User-Generated Content: Evaluate and ensure that content aligns with platform guidelines.
- Enforce Community Guidelines: Apply and uphold platform rules consistently.
- Detect and Report Violations: Identify policy breaches and report emerging issues.
- Provide User Support: Address user inquiries and explain moderation decisions.
- Maintain a Safe Environment: Actively monitor and remove harmful content to create a secure online space.
Qualifications:
- Completion of high school or equivalent, including college undergraduates.
- Preferred, though not mandatory, 6 months of experience in a related field.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Capacity to work onsite.
