Job Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolving customer issues efficiently without transferring calls.
- Matching customers’ needs with Clients’ products/services.
- Utilizing negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure customer buy-in.
- Sharing information with internal and external clients.
