Job Description
- Oversees the bell service operations efficiently and effectively to achieve service excellence
- Managing the team’s shifts schedules, tasks and handling grievances
- Ensure that hotel shuttle service and airport transfer are carried out smoothly and properly.
- Checks the daily arrival list for VVIP’s or guests with special needs.
- Provides training on proper customer service techniques, and ensuring that all staff members are performing their jobs effectively.
- Monitor routine maintenance on the transportation vehicles assigned to bell service.
- Provide an efficient luggage storage, delivery and collection service.
- Perform any other works as and when assigned by the management.
