Job Description
We are currently looking for individuals to join our team at Sta. Rosa Hospital and Medical Center for the position of Benefit Claims Staff / PhilHealth Staff. Responsibilities include:
- Verifying Philhealth eligibility of the patient/member in HCI Portal
- Reviewing and checking claim forms for completeness
- Ensuring all necessary attachments are submitted
- Answering inquiries and explaining requirements to patients/members
- Coordinating with hospital personnel on Philhealth claims
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year business course
- At least 6 months relevant work experience; fresh graduates welcome
- Immediate availability
