Job Description
We are seeking a Benefits Administration Analyst to manage employee benefit programs, ensure accurate enrollments, and maintain clear communications. Responsibilities include processing enrollments, auditing and updating records, responding to employee benefit inquiries, coordinating with carriers, analyzing benefit data, and supporting annual open enrollment activities.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 1–3 years of HR or benefits administration experience; strong attention to detail; proficiency with Microsoft Excel; and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
