Job Description
Client Profile:
A Technological BPO company that was established in the Philippines since 2007. This company offers voice and non-voice services worldwide, including the US and Asian countries.
Position: Benefits Administrator

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource, or any related courses.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in processing Philippine payroll and benefits
- Willing to work in a BPO company
Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll functions, including calculating employee paychecks, withholding taxes, and deductions while maintaining accuracy.
- Process payroll and maintain the employee database regarding salary and pay.
- Manage payroll records, file and prepare reports, and resolve any payroll issues.
