Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Benefits Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our employee benefits programs, ensuring that our employees are well informed and supported in their benefits selections. You will work closely with the HR department and various insurance providers to administer health, retirement, and other benefit plans.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in benefits administration and a solid understanding of current compliance regulations. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential to effectively educate employees about available benefits options and assist them with any related inquiries. The ability to handle confidential information with integrity is also a crucial requirement of this position.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the administration of all employee benefits programs
- Educate employees on available benefits options and assist with enrollment
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with HR and insurance providers to resolve benefits-related issues
- Maintain accurate records of benefits enrollment and claims
