Job Description
Benefits Program Management:
Administer daily operations of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, dental and vision plans, life insurance, disability programs, retirement plans, and voluntary benefits.
Process and maintain benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations in the system.
Employee Support and Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees with benefits inquiries.
Provide guidance during benefits enrollment, new hire orientation, and open enrollment periods.
Assist with claims resolution and coordinate with benefits providers.
Coordinate annual open enrollment process, prepare materials, and assist employees.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with labor regulations, maintaining accurate benefits records.
Maintain up-to-date benefits records in the systems with accurate data entry.
Vendor Coordination:
Coordinate with external benefits providers for service delivery.
Assist in reviewing and evaluating vendor performance and services.
