Job Description
This role involves administering benefits per Company policy and government laws, handling benefits-related inquiries, and collaborating with third-party providers.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct benefits orientation
- Process enrollment, renewal, and deletion of employee benefits
- Administer government benefits like SS, Philhealth, and Pag-Ibig
- Manage education reimbursement plan and leave approvals
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in Benefits Administration
- HRIS knowledge; Workday familiarity
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements
- Organized with excellent communication skills
Job Type: Temporary, Contract Length: 6 months
Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
