Job Description
• Prepare, review, and organize all documentation required for bidding processes.
• Ensure that all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant.
• Collaborate with departments to gather necessary information and documents for bidding.
• Ensure that all documents are prepared, reviewed, and submitted in a timely manner.
• Attend bidding events, including bid openings and pre-bid meetings, as required.
• Represent the organization professionally and ensure all necessary documents are presented or submitted as per the event’s guidelines.
• Performs other related duties which may be assigned from time to time.
