Job Description
Dealer eTraining is seeking Bilingual Automotive Appointment Setters to join our virtual remote call center team. This position offers hands-on training and a great opportunity to earn a substantial income in an enjoyable work environment. Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize CRM tools for follow-ups.
- Schedule sales appointments via phone, chat, and email.
- Generate and convert leads into sales.
- Confirm and reschedule missed appointments.
- Meet daily call and email quotas.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales or customer service.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
