Job Description
We are seeking a bilingual (English/Indonesian) Case Coordinator to join our personal injury team. The successful candidate will support attorneys by managing caseloads, scheduling appointments, collecting and maintaining client documents, coordinating with medical providers, and providing translations and client updates.
- Requirements: 1–2 years of administrative or legal experience
- Fluent English and Indonesian with excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational skills, empathy, and proficiency with case-management software and MS Office
