Job Description

Job Description

  • Perform customer support via phone, chat, and email in English and French
  • Engage with customers to resolve issues, requests, and benefits claims
  • Address client’s application issues and recommend process improvements
  • Record and report customer issues, conducting root cause analysis
  • Provide support during operational hours

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer support experience
  • Experience in Healthcare claims is preferred
  • Familiarity with CSAT and use of Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Strong English and French oral and written skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php75,00.00 – Php80,00.00 per month

Schedule: Night shift
