Job Description
We are currently seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Associate fluent in both French and English to join our team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our French-speaking customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills in both French and English, have a passion for customer service, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
