Job Description
We are looking for a Bilingual customer service representative who is a passionate, outgoing, and resourceful professional. The ideal candidate is willing to go the extra mile for our customers and has a self-reliant and proactive nature that can contribute to the company’s growth.
Job Requirements:
- Must be bilingual and have a strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Must be willing to relocate and work on-site in the office.
- Must be fluent in GERMAN and native German.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the BPO industry.
**Preferred but not required**
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Quality conscious with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence level to communicate with international customers.
- Has the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
