Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Keep records of customer interactions.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years of call center experience.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and organize work.
  • Problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php44,00.00 per month
