Job Description
We seek a bilingual (German/English) Service Desk Analyst to provide first-line IT support to German- and English-speaking users. Responsibilities include answering calls and chats, diagnosing incidents, logging and resolving tickets, performing remote troubleshooting on Windows, macOS, and mobile devices, and escalating to specialist teams when necessary.
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Basic networking knowledge and experience with service desk tools
- ITIL/helpdesk certifications and 1–2 years’ support experience preferred; flexible shift availability required
