Job Description
We are seeking a talented Bilingual Japanese-English Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Japanese-speaking clients, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems efficiently.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Japanese and English, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong background in customer support. Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems are desirable.
