Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and fluent Bilingual Korean – English Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team on a fixed-term basis. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Korean-speaking customers.

Your main tasks will include handling incoming customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat, as well as resolving issues and providing accurate information in both Korean and English. Strong communication skills in both languages are essential for this position.

Key requirements for this role include fluency in Korean and English, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a customer support role and knowledge of customer support tools and software are preferred.
