Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and fluent bilingual Korean or Japanese speakers to join our online gaming customer support team. As an Online Gaming Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our players in Korean or Japanese. Your primary goal will be to ensure that players have a positive experience playing our games, by resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, using your bilingual skills in Korean or Japanese
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to players experiencing issues with our games
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to game mechanics, game crashes, and other technical problems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary
- Develop a deep understanding of our games and their features to provide accurate and helpful information to players
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Korean or Japanese (native-level or equivalent)
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center, online support, or gaming industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Korean or Japanese
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Familiarity with online gaming platforms and services (e.g. Steam, Xbox, PlayStation)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
