Job Description
BroadPath is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Bilingual Quality Analyst to join our team. This role involves monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality of customer interactions within our call center.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate recorded calls for service delivery standards.
- Provide feedback to Quality Manager and Call Center Operations.
- Coach agents alongside Supervisors for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of call center QA experience in healthcare.
- Strong technical skills and excellent English/Spanish communication.
- Must reside in Metro Manila or nearby areas.
