Job Description
Are you fluent in Mandarin and looking for an exciting job opportunity? We are currently seeking a Bilingual Resource with excellent Mandarin language skills to join our team.
As a Bilingual Resource, your main responsibility will be to provide language support and assistance to our Mandarin-speaking clients. In this role, you will be required to effectively communicate with our Mandarin-speaking clients, both written and verbally, to ensure their needs are met. You will also be responsible for translating documents and interpreting conversations between Mandarin and English speakers.
To excel in this position, you must have a strong command of both Mandarin and English languages. Previous experience in customer service or customer support is preferred, but not required. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team.
This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.
