Candidates will need to evaluate and confirm the compensability and eligibility of bills, ensuring compliance with company, state, and client guidelines.
Key responsibilities include reviewing bills, making outbound calls to verify information, maintaining accuracy, achieving production goals, and working on special projects. Qualifications include a High School Diploma, up to 2 years of customer service experience, proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of medical terminology and coding preferred.
