Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares service billing for vehicle release after repair
- Handles manual billing for insurance
- Monitors and collects payments from insurances
- Prepares contractors’ salary
- Updates daily monitoring reports
- Prepares reports for management
- Manages office supplies
Other Tasks:
- Assists clients with insurance claims processes
- Asks relevant questions about accidents
Special Skills Required:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Good communication and email skills
Schedule: Monday – Saturday
