Job Description
As a Biller Cashier, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer payments and providing excellent customer service. Your primary role will involve handling cash and transactions, including issuing receipts, counting cash, and resolving billing discrepancies.
You will also be responsible for answering customer inquiries regarding their bills, explaining payment options, and ensuring that all transactions are handled in a timely and efficient manner. Additionally, you will be required to maintain accurate records of all transactions and keep track of any outstanding balances.
To excel in this role, you should have strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are also essential for addressing any customer concerns or payment issues that may arise.
