Job Description
We are urgently hiring Call Center Agents for our Metro sites, offering a one-day hiring process and potential earnings of up to Php 28,00 monthly!
Position Overview: Manage customer billing inquiries, process payments, and resolve account issues in a high-volume call center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with billing inquiries and payment options.
- Process payments and refunds as per company policies.
- Help set up payment plans when necessary.
- Prepare reports on billing activities.
