Job Description
We are excited to announce a one-day hiring process for the position of Billing Account Specialist at BPO Hub – SGS Sapient. Earn up to Php 28,00 monthly!
Position Overview: Manage customer billing inquiries, process payments, and resolve account issues in a high-volume call center.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with billing inquiries.
- Process payments and adjustments.
- Help set up payment plans as needed.
