Job Description

Position Overview:
You will be responsible for responding to customer billing inquiries, processing payments, and resolving account issues in a fast-paced call center environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in understanding bills, charges, and available payment options.
- Process payments, refunds, and adjustments per company policies.
- Help customers set up payment plans or arrangements when necessary.
- Prepare and submit reports on billing and account management activities.
