Job Description
One-day hiring process. Earn up to 27k monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents as prior in our Metro sites.
Position Overview:
This position involves handling billing inquiries, resolving payment issues, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain smooth financial transactions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the billing cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in generating invoices for services rendered or products sold.
- Interact with clients to address billing inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards related to billing and invoicing.
- Identify areas for process improvement to streamline billing procedures and enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, and customer service, to address billing-related issues.
