Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical professional to join our team as a Billing Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and reconciling billing data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the billing process.
Key responsibilities:
- Reviewing customer contracts and ensuring billing accuracy based on agreed terms and conditions.
- Coordinating with various departments to obtain necessary information to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Preparing and analyzing monthly billing reports to identify trends and patterns.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of billing policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues and improve processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
