Job Description
We are seeking a proficient Billing Analyst who is fluent in Mandarin to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling billing inquiries, processing payments, and generating reports in Mandarin.
Key responsibilities include reconciling discrepancies, assisting with month-end processes, and communicating effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and internal teams.
The successful candidate must have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using Excel. Prior experience in billing or finance is preferred.
