Job Description
Location: Pasig City
Job Summary:
The Billing Analyst at MERALCO is responsible for designing and developing new customer acquisition, revenue assurance, and customer experience processes in support of company initiatives. The role also involves ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency while considering customer centricity, attainment of corporate goals, and stakeholder requirements.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder of any course
- Proficient in standard Microsoft Office applications (such as Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc.)
- Proficient in verbal and written communication
