Job Description
Job Summary: Prepare and process billing statements accurately and on time. Ensure effective communication of all billing-related information and concerns.
Job Duties:
- Process billing statements in accordance with company policies (TAT: 5 days).
- Dispatch SOAs and confirm client receipt (TAT: 2 days and 3 days respectively).
- Communicate billing concerns to the Unit Supervisor.
- Update records for monitoring and reporting.
- Maintain an organized workspace.
Qualifications:
- Accounting or Business degree.
- Fresh graduates welcome.
- Computer literate, good communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and can multi-task.
- Available to start ASAP.
