Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Account Specialist to manage customer interactions and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include handling sensitive information confidentially, submitting reports punctually, and maintaining a professional appearance as per management’s guidelines. You will also be required to follow up on overdue accounts, collect payments, and engage with customers regarding unpaid debts, including personal visits if necessary. Regular reporting to your immediate supervisor is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php19,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay: Includes 13th-month salary and overtime pay.
