Job Description
As a Billing and Collections Support, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing processes, monitoring overdue accounts, and assisting in resolving payment discrepancies.
You will collaborate with the billing team to process invoices, track payments, and follow up with clients on outstanding balances.
Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure are essential for success in this role.
Experience in billing systems and collections procedures is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
