Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Checking and sending billing to clients for approvals.
  • Preparing necessary billing requirements.
  • Aligning with multiple departments to bill the client.
  • Preparing annual Alpha list report for Sales and EWT.
  • Preparing financial reports.
  • Issuing and monitoring Project Codes.
  • Following up on payment collection and submitting reports.
  • Monitoring billing masterfile and collection.
  • Abiding by and performing assigned functions, duties, and responsibilities from Finance Lead and AAI.
  • Complying with orders and instructions from AAI’s authorized representatives.
  • Performing other administrative or non-administrative duties as assigned by AAI’s representatives.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

ADMINISTRATIVE:

  • Direct Retail – Sales Report and Remittance.
  • Consolidation of Sales Report.
  • Submitting timely and accurate reports needed by the management.
  • Documenting and filing all relevant information, including meeting minutes.

ATTENDANCE:

  • Attending required project meetings on time and advising ahead of time for any schedule conflicts.
  • Following Attendance documentation guidelines and policies, showing eagerness and professionalism by going to work on time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • 6 months – 1 year of experience.
  • Willingness to work onsite daily in Pasig.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
