Job Description
This position is responsible for the billing of goods and services rendered and the proper recording and monitoring thereof.
Operational Tasks
- Billing Preparation from data sourcing to data input in the system (Goods and Services)
- Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of invoices/billing to clients
- Printing and Sending of approved billing/invoices to clients
- Handle billing disputes, questions, and reconciliation from internal and external clients (e.g Attend meetings with clients, respond to queries, etc.)
- Other tasks may be required.
Administrative Tasks
- Assist Collection team for his/her assigned accounts concerns and document requirements
- Update Invoice Transmittal Drive and Monitoring Files
- Other tasks may be required.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this post.
- Average Skill in Excel and Google Sheet
- Willing to work on-site if required
- Willing to work on a 3-month project-based contract
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
