Job Description
Job Overview: As a Billing Associate, you will assist our team with administrative tasks, ensuring the efficiency of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and send invoices accurately and on time.
- Maintain records of billing and payment transactions.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service to resolve billing inquiries.
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to billing.
- Support the accounting team as needed.
Skills Required: Strong billing knowledge, organizational skills, communication proficiency, and experience with office tools like Google Workspace and Quickbooks.
