Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Billing Consultant to join our team. As a Billing Consultant, you will be responsible for managing client invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in the billing process.
Your primary tasks will include reviewing client contracts, calculating costs, and preparing invoices. You will also be responsible for resolving billing inquiries and disputes, providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
To excel in this role, you should have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. A background in accounting or finance is preferred, and experience in billing software or systems is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and analyzing client contracts to determine billing requirements
- Calculating costs and preparing accurate and detailed invoices
