Job Description
SCHEDULE: NIGHT SHIFT (8PM – 5AM PHT)
WORK SET-UP: ONSITE (CLARK, PAMPANGA)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Check Trello for assigned clients.
- Run missing bill reports and download invoices.
- Contact vendors for missing invoices.
- Document vendor details in EL.
- Handle 20-30 missing bills daily.
- Communicate issues to the manager.
- Convert invoices from PDF to TIFF.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Competent in English communication with vendors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php32,00.00 per month
