Position Overview: This role involves handling customer inquiries, facilitating bookings, and ensuring a smooth experience for guests.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle hotel reservations, inquiries, and cancellations
- Provide accurate information about hotel availability, rates, amenities
- Process reservations efficiently
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems
- Meet performance targets for productivity and quality
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
