Job Description
Join MERALCO as a Billing Operations and Analytics Staff located in Ortigas, Pasig City. In this vital role, you will manage a variety of operational, technical, and analytical billing functions. Your responsibilities will include generating, validating, and processing bills, addressing billing discrepancies, executing billing adjustments, and overseeing the cancellation of invalid bills. Additionally, you will manage bill printing and ensure the timely delivery of bills to customers.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, exhibit exceptional business communication skills, and demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications. Candidates must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.
