Qualifications:
- Timely input of charges and requested charge/contractual bad debt adjustments.
- Expertise in adding specific data such as modifiers and payer requirements.
- Communicate with RCM AR staff for charge practice adjustments.
- Process and reconcile charge adjustments/bad debt denial batches in Carevoyant.
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Collaborate with on-shore and off-shore teams to resolve billing issues.
Area of Deployment: Zamora Oval, Taguig City
