Job Description
Administer Accounts Receivable (Statement of Accounts)
- Receive and sort incoming payments with attention to credibility
- Manage the status of accounts and balances to identify outstanding debts and inconsistencies
- Update accounting records with new payments, balances, customer information, etc.
- Answer questions and handle complaints from customers regarding bills/statements of account
Qualifications and Key Competencies
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or related course
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent mathematics ability
- Attentive to details
- Deadline-oriented
- High degree of confidentiality and integrity
- Has initiative
- Team player
